House Manager Form Template

Use this house report to collect information on front of house operations from your house manager.  Customize the template to work for your studio.  Template is designed to be printed on US Letter (8.5" x 11") paper, but can be re-formatted to any page size as the user wishes.

Requirements:

• These templates were created with Microsoft Word 2016. Templates may import into other applications (such as Pages, OpenOffice, etc.), but their compatibility has not been tested. For best results, use Microsoft Office Suite.
